I'd like everyone to wish Revon a very happy birthday!! She's probably unable to get on and see our good wishes, as she is away, but we can have the words waiting for her here *smiles*

Rev,
I call upon the sun to light your day, to warm your heart, to shine on your path. I call upon the moon and the stars to guide your dreams safely through the night. I call upon the wind to bear the sound of laughter and the soft whisper from a friend.
Happy birthday dear friend. I hope to see you around... "soon" *grins wryly*

Thanks Darrell! *smiles wide* Don't feel silly for making someone feel good.
I did have a great day. Wanna hear about it? No? Well I'll tell you anyway.
I wasn't at home but at a camp for 15-year-old boys and girls, working as their 'big sister'. The job is mainly trying to make them feel comfortable, helping and teaching them and -heh- making fun of myself. Doing that I feel like I was home, I love it. So...
My fellow 'big sisters' woke me up at 5.42 in the morning singing "Happy Birthday to you". They had heard that I was born at 5.42 in the morning. They had also made me a card and bought some candies for me. Though I can't say I was awake enough to understand everything they said *smiles slightly*
It was a sunny, warm day. Some girls sang to me and gave me chocolate, but nothing special happened before suddenly at a singing class my friends (the same girls that woke up to sing to me) ordered everybody up and told everyone it was my birthday. Then someone started playing "Happy Birthday to you" with the piano and 30 people sang to me. Aww...
In the evening we went to sauna and I 'dropped my winter fur', as we say (it means someone goes to swim for the first time after winter). The water in the river was cold but it doesn't kill one, does it?
When the sun sinked behind the tallest of the trees we ate cake (and the sang to me once more, heh). Then I realized I had things to do before the next morning, and so I sat in an empty room in the night writing when the day changed to another.

*chuckles and grins* I'm glad you had an excellent time! Wish I could have been there to join the chorus of song.

Aww, I don't think I ever had so many people sing Happy Birthday to me so many times in one day! Sounds like you had a nice birthday and a nice camp. I did something like that last summer, it was a lot of fun... also a lot of work, but it was absolutely worth it!!
