This is a game for those who love movies. The rules are simple. Person 1 gives lines from a movie and the others try to guess which movie it is. After guessing person 1 tell if it was right or not. If the answer was right, the one who knew the movie can ask next.
If the answer wasn't correct the guessing continues. If no one knows the movie person 1 can give clues. If this doesn't help, person 1 can tell the others the movie and someone else can ask next. If you can't think of anything, you can give your turn to someone else.
(Hmm, this was simple before I started explaining... let's try anyway)
"...you said that you loved me... and I wondered if..." "...if it was just an act?" "Yes." "Of course." "It just felt real."
And here is my riddle, now guess if you can *hums the Bells of Notre Dame*

Owh that sounds familiar... so familiar... hmmm... Is it a new one...? I'm gonna suck at this *chuckles* I rarely see new movies... but I have seen rare ones, so I'll probably do well in that sense *grins*
Thank you, Revon, for the excellent idea!

It depends on how you see 'new one'. It's not very old and not so new *grins* It shouldn't be very difficult, it's not so rare... but I won't give you more information yet.
This is not my idea, I took it from a forum called Kontu (the Shire in Finnish). I used to hang around there some years ago as Lothelen, but I haven't spend much time there in a year. I don't remember joining ever joining this movie game but it seemed fun. And this might be a way to wipe the deadishness away.

Lothelen is a pretty name, though Revontulet seems to fit you better *smiles*
Without being able to recognize the quote I do, however, know your love for one particular movie...
My guess is: Phantom of the Opera

I doubt it's Phantom of the Opera .... It just doesn't fit..... hmmm.... I'll take a wild guess....
The A&E version of Pride and Prejudice? .... or... drat, I could have sworn I heard it somewhere....

Perhaps not... then my second guess would be The Hunchback of notre Dame based (if that is even a movie) based on the song that might be a clue in the first post.
However.... I cheated, so I know it is not any of those mentioned. *shifty eyes*

Na-a. Good guesses, but no. Let me give you a hint.
"Send him away." "He will fight for me." "Unless he believes that you don't love him." "What?" "You're a great actress. Make him believe that you don't love him." "No!" "Hurt him. Hurt him to save him. There is no other way. The show must go on. We are creatures of the underworld. We can't afford to love."

*blinks* That'd rule most of my guesses out.... I don't think I've watched movies with any "creatures of the underworld" *chuckles*

I know for sure now... even if I hadn't cheated... one of my favorite movies:
Moulin Rouge
And welcome back Rev!

Correct! Moulin Rouge, one of my favorites.
Hmm, it seems I have jumped over Elen's first post... *reads it and grins* Tempting, but it would have been to easy if it was the movie you know I love. And I was never going to go with the The Hunchback of Notre Dame since it's dubbed to many languages.
To be honest I agree with you Elen, Lothelen doesn't fit me the way Revvie does *grins*
*smiles warmly* Thanks. I should be back for some days.
And after all this rambling: Elen, it's your turn!

What a pity you haven't seen Moulin Rouge... it's very good!
Aaiii, I can't think of any movie now and less of a quote... I need some time to think! Others are welcome to carry on the game in the meantime!

Oooh, I'll take over "An unhappy alternative lies before you. Your mother will never see you again if you do not marry Mr - - - - - - -, and I will never see you again if you do."
